Deitra Wilkins, Founder and Chief Office of Operations
Deitra Wilkins, the Chief Office of Operations at FreshPath Ministry Inc. is a graduate of UNM majoring in sociology with a Bachelors degree in Criminology. Upon completing Word of Life School Institute in Albuquerque, she was certified as a minister of the doctrine. She served on several ministry rosters and during her time in the prison ministry she realized that her passion was working with individuals that needed assistance to reintegrate into mainstream society, thus starting her career in community outreach.
In 2004 Deitra was ordained as a Minister of the Gospel with Seed Faith Ministry. She provides spiritual counselling and pastoral guidance to individuals in recovery and/or in crisis. Her experience includes, but is not limited to working with agencies that exist solely for the benefit of clients with disabilities, social and otherwise. She has worked in many different positions in the field and possesses enormous passion for homeless, recovering, and community reentry populations. She established and formulated FPM Transitional Residential Program and to date housed thousands of women and children who have gone on to improve their lives for the better, and some with great success stories.
As a proponent of networking and partnerships, she has experience with many aspects of community relief and outreach. She has worked with several community relief agencies in salaried and volunteer positions, leaving her with experiences that include employment, coalition, formulation, recruitment, outreach and educational protocols.
As chief executive of operations, Deitra Wilkins has successfully taken on the task of securing the provider status for FreshPath Ministry recovery programs, FPM Healthcare agency, and FPM educational programs to medical professions. FreshPath Management staff includes a medical administrator and educator, two program directors, contractors and volunteer administrative staff.
